![]() ![]() ![]() While wall jumping was relatively simple and smooth in both Super Mario 64 and Galaxy, in Sunshine it was a different story. Mario seemed to periodically do whatever he wanted at the worst times, such as wall jumping. ![]() While the controls did feel good I still had some issues with Super Mario Sunshine. With the Pro controller, however, Super Mario Galaxy didn’t feel as comfortable since you move the star cursor with motion controls (though Nintendo does prove that playing Wii games with a two-handed controller is not an otherworldly concept). The Switch Controllers Show Their Versatility Yet AgainĪfter 24 years, 18 years, and 13 years respectively, you would think the three available games for this collection would need some massive overhaul to the controls for it to work, right? Nope, each game felt natural to play with the Joy-Cons in hand. ![]()
